How to Setup TiviMate IPTV Player

Complete Installation & Configuration Guide for Firestick, Android TV, and Nvidia Shield

Install TiviMate on Your Device

  1. For Android TV / Google TV / Nvidia Shield: Search for TiviMate IPTV Player directly in the Google Play Store and click Install.
  2. For Amazon Firestick: Open the Downloader app, enter the official TiviMate Downloader code (278077), and select Install.
  3. Launch the TiviMate application once installation completes.

Add Playlist via Xtream Codes API (Recommended)

  1. Click on Add Playlist on the main welcome screen.
  2. Select Xtream Codes as the connection type.
  3. Enter your account login credentials provided by your provider:
    • Server Address: Your server URL (e.g., http://domain.com:8080).
    • Username: Your subscription username.
    • Password: Your subscription password.
  4. Check the box for Include VOD and Series if offered by your provider.
  5. Click Next to start processing your channel playlist.

Configure EPG TV Guide Settings

  1. TiviMate automatically imports your provider's EPG source when using Xtream Codes.
  2. Name your playlist profile (e.g., My Live TV) and click Done.
  3. Allow TiviMate a minute to index all channel logos, categories, and Electronic Program Guide listings.
Optional M3U Method: If using an M3U playlist instead, select M3U Playlist in Step 2, paste your full M3U URL, and manually add your XMLTV EPG URL in Settings > EPG > EPG Sources.

💡 TiviMate Performance & Playback Optimization Tips

  • Enable Auto Frame Rate (AFR): Go to Settings > Playback > Auto Frame Rate and toggle it ON to prevent micro-stuttering during 60fps sports broadcasts.
  • Increase Output Buffer: Navigate to Settings > Playback > Buffer Size and set it to Medium or Large to eliminate buffering on slower network connections.
  • Unlock TiviMate Premium: Use the TiviMate Companion app on an Android device or Google Play account to unlock multi-screen view, catch-up replay, custom channel sorting, and recording features.
