1. No-Refund & All-Sales-Are-Final Policy
Because QualityTV provides non-tangible, irrevocable digital media packages that are instantly provisioned upon payment, we maintain a strict No-Refund Policy.
- Immediate Provisioning: Once your payment is received and your custom streaming lines are generated, the digital assets are considered consumed. We cannot recoup the provisioning costs from our upstream server networks.
- The 24-Hour Safety Net: To ensure complete peace of mind, we offer a completely Free 24-Hour Trial. We strongly advise all potential clients to utilize this trial period to thoroughly test server stability, channel selections, device compatibility, and internet routing before purchasing a paid plan.
- No Exceptions: Paid subscriptions will not be refunded, prorated, or credited under any circumstances, including but not limited to: device incompatibility, local internet connection throttling, user technical skill limitations, or a change of mind.
2. Server Uptime, Channel Modifications & Digital Delivery
- Uptime Expectations: While we maintain a premium network architecture optimized for a 99.9% server uptime guarantee, temporary maintenance windows, server migrations, or localized routing anomalies can occur. Brief network fluctuations do not constitute grounds for a refund or account credit.
- Channel Lineups: Our massive video-on-demand (VOD) library and live channel feeds are dynamic and subject to change, addition, or removal without prior notification. We do not guarantee the permanent availability of any individual channel, league, or specific broadcast event.
- Delivery Windows: Standard e-Transfer account provisioning takes 1 to 2 hours from the exact moment your payment is verified. Delays resulting from missing client information (such as omitting your username in the transfer memo line) are the responsibility of the buyer.
3. Connection Limits & Account Security
- Strict Connection Thresholds: Your account tier determines the exact maximum number of simultaneous device connections permitted at any given moment (e.g., single connection vs. multi-connection plans).
- Automated Security Audits: If our backend firewall detects that an account is broadcasting on more lines than its paid plan allows, our security system will automatically trigger a temporary device restriction or permanent account suspension for abuse.
- Strict No-Sharing Policy: Your unique login credentials are fully encrypted and tied to your household network profile. Account sharing across separate households or reselling lines without express authorization is strictly forbidden and results in immediate termination without a refund.
4. Local ISP Throttling & VPN Usage
- Network Performance: QualityTV is entirely independent of your third-party Internet Service Provider (ISP). We are not responsible for streaming interruptions, buffering, or latency issues caused by your ISP actively throttling high-bandwidth digital media streams.
- VPN Compatibility: Our streaming network is engineered to be 100% VPN-compatible. If you experience network throttling or artificial speed degradation from your local telecom provider, it is your responsibility to utilize a high-speed VPN routed through an optimized Canadian server node to bypass local network bottlenecks.
5. Acceptance of Terms
By completing your Interac e-Transfer or entering your provided account credentials into our media player applications, you explicitly acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this strict No-Refund framework and our operational guidelines.
